1. Placing an Order
- When you place an order with us (online, by phone, or in person), you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and issue a full refund if necessary.
2. Flower Availability & Substitutions
- Flowers are seasonal and sometimes specific items may be unavailable.
- If needed, we may replace certain flowers with similar ones of equal or greater value.
- We aim to maintain the overall look, style, and value of the arrangement, even with substitutions.
3. Prices & Payments
- All prices are in GBP and include VAT (if applicable).
- Full payment must be made at the time of ordering.
- We accept secure payments by card, PayPal, or other listed methods.
- We may change prices at any time, but your order will be charged at the price shown at the time of purchase.
4. Delivery
- We deliver to Fareham and surrounding areas. Please check our delivery zones.
- While we aim to deliver on your selected date, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
- If the recipient is not available, we may leave the order in a safe place, with a neighbour, or attempt redelivery depending on circumstances.
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5. Customer Conduct and Liability
We take the safety and wellbeing of our staff seriously. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following:
- We are not liable for any personal disputes or consequences that may arise from the sending or receiving of floral arrangements or gifts.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the recipient is willing to receive the delivery.
- We will not tolerate any form of abuse, threats, or intimidation directed towards our staff, whether in person, over the phone, or via digital communication. Any such behaviour may be reported to the appropriate authorities and could result in legal action.
We reserve the right to refuse service in the event of inappropriate conduct or if we believe an order may cause distress or conflict for the recipient.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- To cancel an order, please contact us at least 24 hours before the delivery date.
- Same-day and next-day orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.
- If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- As flowers are perishable goods, we do not accept returns unless agreed in advance
7. Website Use
- All content on our website — including photos, text, and logos — belongs to Garden Whispers and may not be copied or used without permission.
- Please do not use our website for any unlawful or harmful purposes.
8. Privacy & Data
- We collect only the information needed to process your order and communicate with you.
- Your data is protected under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
- We do not share or sell your personal information.
